About Leaning Oak ABA
Leaning Oak ABA was established in 2026 as a BCBA-owned and operated practice dedicated to providing client- and family-centered services. Founded by a full-time educator with 20 years of experience committed to training the next generation of behavior analysts, our practice maintains a small, intentional caseload to make sure every family receives the personalized attention and expertise they deserve.
An oak that leans still stands strong. It may grow a little differently, reach for light in its own direction, or take a shape you wouldn't expect, but its roots run deep, and its strength is undeniable. We named our company Leaning Oak because we see that same truth in every person we work with. Strength doesn't always look the same, and different doesn't mean less than. Everyone has their own way of growing, and we're here to help that strength take root.
Our Services
Direct ABA Services
Direct ABA services are provided one-on-one by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who develops and delivers individualized treatment based on each person's unique strengths and needs. Sessions focus on building skills in communication, social interaction, daily living, behavior regulation, and many more skills.
Family Support and Training
We believe lasting progress happens when families feel equipped, not just informed. Our family support services include parent coaching, hands-on training in ABA strategies, and regular check-ins to make sure families feel comfortable using ABA in their home.
Behavior Analysis Consultation
Everyone deserves to be understood. Our BCBA works to understand what the client needs, what's working well, and where extra support could help them thrive on their own terms. Together, we build a plan centered on strengths and your family's daily life so that support feels consistent and respectful. Consultation services are offered in the home, school, and community setting.
